HOW TO MAKE
CALLS:
THE DIALING
FORMAT IS THE SAME. YOU ONLY NEED TO CALL THE NEW GATEWAY
NUMBER BELOW. FOR CALLS TO SINGAPORE PLEASE ADD 65 TO YOUR
NUMBER.
DIAL OUR NEW GATEWAY 64949052. WAIT FOR THE CALLBACK. THEN
DIAL NUMBER AND PRESS #
Important Information Before you Log-In. Please read.
How to Log in:
- Click the link below to go to log in page
- Enter the Login Id that was given to you via SMS
- Use the generic password 12345. You can change once you
logged in.
- In the section for 'TYPE' please select 'Subscriber/Card'
from the dropdown menu.
- Click 'Submit'.
After logged in:
You will have the following options:
- View your credit balance
- View your CDR reports on all your calls made
- Create Speed Dialing ( up to 99 numbers from 01-99)
Eg; You save your frequent number 12345678 as 01.
To call this number (12345678) using Speed Dial simply dial
Gateway # 64949052. Once you received the callback simply
press 01 and #. That's it. You will be connected within seconds.
OSMS is one of the first company to have this Speed Dial for
callback
How To Top-Up.
Currently all Members will either have to do a funds transfer
at any ATM machine and advice us of the amount of the transfer.
Please do all top-up transfers to our following bank account:
. DBS Current Account Number: 029-902473-6
Please advice call our Customer Service at 63498529 and advice
us of the transfer and your phone number. We will then credit
your mobile numbers of the amount transferred. We will have
credit card facilities available soon so Members can pay online.
SMS Service
We will start the SMS service in late Septmeber or early October
and which by then all members can do a check account balance.
Why the need to Migrate - Important.
Please note that this migration is a very necessary if we
are to offer all members reliable service for the Callback.
Our new system is very reliable and robust and all members
will enjoy quality calls. Member who are using our new system
know about the reliability and quality of all the calls.
New Affiliate Program
Our new affiliate member program will be launched in early
September and all members will be informed accordingly via
sms and email. Announcements will also be on the website.
Please also note that we are also in the transition to the
new system and still in process of migration. We will complete
all this migration by end of August and by then the new OSMS
Affiliate Program will also be launch.
